The K-Genix group comprises of a multi-disciplinary team of research scientists, professionals and experts from varied backgrounds within the industry. Our research teams are committed to following innovation-led approach and scientific pursuits laid down by the individual companies for ensuring well-integrated technologically driven solutions.

Our specific companies are having their own research and development set-ups with the intellectual property departments providing support for IP related developments.

Sustainability for K-Genix starts in-house with our team members, process, facilities and extends outwards to our vendors, customers and society.

In-house Sustainability areas:

Process to people risk management – We consistently work to promote safe work practices and reduce work site incidence. Work safety training programs are conducted regularly to eliminate work site hazards.
Energy & water conservation – We have developed technologies to minimize the time cycle of our processes thereby saving on energy & water consumption.
Re-using plastic and other packaging’s – We are responsible in how we use plastic and other related packaging materials and therefore have a responsible waste management whereby the packaging materials are re-used on site yet following the “Good Manufacturing Practices”.

Vendor Management & procurement:

We ensure that the raw materials procured from our list of approved vendors are in line with our requirements to contribute towards an ethical and environment – conserving goal.

Innovative solutions for customers:

Fluctuating raw material prices and volatile markets are an everyday reality for many of our customers. Our innovative approach continue to help them to get economically viable and sustainable solutions.

Corporate & social responsibility:
Community service is ingrained in our corporate culture. Our long tradition of social responsibility continues with our support and encouragement by means of providing education & scholarship aids to the underprivileged sections of our society.
